Architectures That Fit Hyperscale
Campus power stations rarely look like a single utility-scale island. More often they are modular blocks — including new 45 MW-class FX-45 units for 50/60 Hz hyperscale slots from 2028, plus aeroderivative and industrial turbines from inventory — arranged for N+1 at the block level. Pipeline natural gas feeds continuous duty; dual-fuel provisions protect against interruptions; recip sets may provide black-start or edge support from the same 2000 MW+ network.

EPC Scope That Survives Contact with Reality
USP&E EPC/EPCM covers detailed design through procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover. Single contract, single team, single point of accountability. Scope typically includes gensets or turbines, switchgear, transformers, fuel systems, BOP, civil, mechanical, electrical, and controls — then load-bank or performance proving as the project requires.
Eight project-management disciplines keep the schedule honest: scope, risk, stakeholder, cost, resource, time, quality, and procurement. Modular and fast-track methods compress calendars; local presence across frontier and industrial markets reduces fly-in dependency. Brand-agnostic OEM selection (Wärtsilä, MAN, Caterpillar, GE, Siemens, and others as needed) serves the duty, not a preferred logo.
Operations: Availability as a Managed Outcome
O&M delivers predictable uptime, measurable performance, and local capability building. USP&E integrates performance monitoring and CMMS practices so operators see drift before it becomes downtime. Deliverables include 24/7 plant operations where contracted, planned maintenance, condition monitoring, overhaul and rehab planning, spares logistics, and workforce training.

Design Inputs Data Center Owners Must Provide
- IT load profile and cooling parasitic by phase
- Redundancy target (N+1, 2N) and UPS transfer expectations
- Frequency, voltage, and utility parallel vs island preference
- Pipeline gas pressure/volume or alternative fuel plan
- Ambient design basis and altitude
- Permitting status and COD commitments
